We believe professionally managed home health care provides
continuity of care and allows earlier hospital discharge and
promotes patient dignity. Also, we believe in the basic
right for all patients to have access to competent nursing
care. Much can be accomplished medically, physically,
psychologically, and socially to enable patients lead a more
comfortable and functional life.
A care plan is written especially for each patient by one of
our nurses and our therapist in conference with your
physician. Though each patient's situation is unique, many
of the problems, coping strategies, and emotions are not.
Our specialized team can help patients and their families
accept reality and learn to effectively deal with problems
and frustrations in order to maintain a personal level of
